CREAMY PASTA SAUCE

Recipe Directions

  1. Put 3/4 cup of cashews to soak in 350 ml hot water.

  2. Strain the cashews after an hour.
    In a blender add the cashews, a small piece of carrot, and 100g of Casheta (unmarinated casheta is best).

  3. Blend and add to your hot pasta. 

  4. Add a vege mix on the side of the pasta
