VEGAN SUMMER PARFAIT

The yogurt mix 

  • Savour Cotta (or Cashyo)

  • Sliced papaya

  • Blueberry and blackcurrant compote

  • Marigold petals

  • Toffee Fennel flowers

Crumble topping recipe

  • 1/4 cup Hemp hearts

  • 1/4 cup Ground almond or almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut desiccated

  • 2 Table spoons Butta

  • 2 Tablespoons Agave or golden syrup

Place in a pan on the stove ,stir and heat gently until the crumble mixture looks drier (a few minutes). Mixture will harden when cooled or used.
