CASHETA & COTTA QUICHE

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of tofu, which can be firm or silken

  • 1 tablespoon yeast flakes

  • 1 teaspoon of black salt

  • 1 tablespoon chickpea flour

  • 1/4 cup Plant-based milk

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 100g cotta

Directions

  1. Mash the filling ingredients together

  2. Press into pastry

  3. Press in small cubes of casheta

  4. Top with tomato slices, marinated artichoke pieces, olives and capsicum slices

  5. Bake until done around 180 for 30 mins
