CASHETA POTATO BAKE
Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes washed peeled and boiled till just tender.
1 can coconut milk or cream
Casheta cubes with no marinade
1 Tablespoon corn flour
1/2 cup of plant based milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix cornflour and plant based milk
Place the above ingredients into a baking dish
Bake till golden on top and the milk has thickened, approx 30 mins 180
