HOLANDAISE BUTTA SAUCE
Ingredients
100g Savour Butta
½ Cup water
1 Tablespoon Cornflower
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Directions
Mix water with cornflower
Thicken over heat – remember to stir
Take off heat and add Savour butta
Whisk till smooth
Add lemon juice and some lemon zest to garnish .
