HOLANDAISE BUTTA SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 100g Savour Butta

  • ½ Cup water

  • 1 Tablespoon Cornflower

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Mix water with cornflower

  2. Thicken over heat – remember to stir

  3. Take off heat and add Savour butta

  4. Whisk till smooth

  5. Add lemon juice and some lemon zest to garnish .
