LEMON AND THYME BAKED COTTA
DIRECTIONS
Mix one tub of Cotta with zest of 1/4 of a lemon, a sprig of chopped fresh thyme and salt to taste.
Bake in a ramekin in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until firm. About 25 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with olives and crusty bread.
